CleanCubatorSD, LLC provides a centralized, single-source for everything a Green entrepreneurial company needs so that an entrepreneur won't have to spend critical time finding the resources they need-to make their businesses succeed. In contrast, entrepreneurial companies that start up as home-based businesses or in a low-cost office or industrial space, have to make it on their own without easily accessible guidance, consulting, or mentoring.

Revenues

Client Equity/Royalty/Revenue Sharing Agreements - CleanCubatorSD, LLC management will offer the option of formal equity, royalty, or revenue sharing agreements for CleanCubatorSD, LLC resident and non-resident clients who desire additional services beyond their ability to pay on a fee basis. This assistance may consist of entrepreneurial training, legal assistance, assistance in business plans, product development to production.

Use of Funds

CleanCubatorSD, LLC is currently in the process of launching their Clean Tech Incubator in San Marcos and would use investments on seed funds for screened clean tech deals and to cover operating expenses for the first five months of operations until break-even .
